Wallace Thomson Hospital provides high quality medical care to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Wallace Thomson provides an automatic discount to all uninsured patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Wallace Thomson can provide up to a 100 percent write-off on current medical bills for patients whose household income is less than 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guideline. For patients who do not qualify for a full 100 percent write-off on their bill, financial counselors are available to help determine potential opportunities for partial assistance with catastrophic medical bills. Patients may apply for financial assistance up to 30 days before a hospital stay, during their stay, or up to 1 year following their hospitalization.
